Our longtime client Brian Dunn broke ground recently on his $38.2 million, five-acre facility for Great Divide, on Brighton Blvd. in RiNo. Xan has been behind the scenes from the start, Melissa Friday is working as Creative Director for the project and closely advising Brian during the construction.
