Marco's Vallagio pizza testing
We were checking the punch list at Marco’s Coal-Fired Pizza’s second location, and were fortunate enough to test the first pizzas! Here you see Mark Dym (Marco) with Xan’s Melissa Friday, and with the first yummy Neapolitan pies, fresh from the imported ovens. We love our clients!
The restaurant opens to the public on February 21st, mangia!
