The 21 year old, Great Divide Brewing Company has a new canning facility and Barrel Bar. It is on Brighton Blvd., in the RiNo district and it’s ready for public consumption! For the past two years, Xan has worked closely with GD’s Brian Dunn in managing the creation and construction of this amazing accomplishment. Xan’s role was to provide consultation and guidance around the architecture, construction and design of this large development. We are proud to be a part of the awesome team at Great Divide and look forward to phase two of the property in the future.

When Lauren and her Postino business partner Craig decided to expand their Arizona Restaurant group to Denver, they chose Xan to design their space in the Highlands. This project is a good example of how Xan can take an established brand and evolve it to feel right at home here in Denver. Take a look at the space coming together, the location is amazing, in the old book binding building. I remember buying waxed thread there to finish a book project of my own!
